“Home and School Work Together To Find Countermeasures, There Is a Magic Way To Reduce Schoolbags”
(Chinese Version only)
Education Bureau

The summer vacation is coming to an end, and many parents are busy preparing their children for school. The Education Bureau has always been very concerned about the weight and health of schoolchildren’s schoolbags. Overweight schoolbags can cause primary school students to be physically fatigued due to overload. The Department of Health also recommends that schoolchildren should not carry schoolbags weighing more than 10% of the student’s body weight for a long time. To know how to help children reduce the weight of school bags in the new school year, please refer to the “Little Sapling Comics Series: School Bags” related to the “Primary Education Curriculum Guide” released by the Education Bureau, and visit the website of the Education Bureau to learn more about reducing the weight of school bags information. Through home-school cooperation, we can lighten the burden on our children and welcome the new school year with ease and health!
